Fatshion Faceoff - Flat Sandals

Flat Sandals

This week is Dani's pick and in typical british summer style I thought it was going to be a wash out for me, meaning staged photos in a fake outfit, I hate doing that if I can help it!

But even though it has rained on and off all day I found an outfit that could cope with the changing weather, I went for skinny coloured jeans from Asda as seen previously in this post HERE, and my fairly new Simply Be Bird Print Tunic, which is one of my favourite tops at the moment, as it is so comfy and light weight.

This was all teamed with my £5 Primark sandals which I got a few weeks ago as an emergency pair until I find a decent pair of comfort sole ones! ( I have delicate tootsies)

The top is Navy with hints of pinks, creams and green, so can work with a few colours, I wouldn't wear it on its own as a dress as it is too thin for me and definitely more of a tunic length, but I love it with jeans and leggings!

I left this one in to show I am such a professional, hahaha, I cant keep still for photos at all!

And the sandals, for £5 you cant go wrong, I am just hoping the stay in one piece after I walk to town in them!

So how do you wear your sandals in changeable weather, luckily today is warm so even when my toes have gotten a little damp they have still been warm :)

Fatshion Faceoff - Plain Coloured Dress!

Plain Coloured Dress!

This week we were challenged to style a plain one colour dress, anything except Black.

My choices are limited as I tend to wear a lot of patterned dresses, but I have 2 options they are the same dress but in two colours, I have it in Pink and green, but today decided to try and style the Pink dress and do something a little different, I normally go for a thick black belt under the bust with this dress and simple black shoes.

Today I decided to experiment a bit, and went for some colour mixing, not sure it really worked but I had fun and felt all sunny on a gloomy windy day!

So annoyed at myself for slouching in this picture and my bra straps need tightening!

Fashion Faceoff - Coloured Trousers

Coloured Trousers

This week It was Molly's turn to choose an item for us all to style, and her choice was Coloured trousers.

Now luckily I have a pair of gorgeous rich green skinny jeans so new I had something to wear, but I have hardly worn them yet, as I didn't know what to pair them with, but in the end I think I did ok.

I love the floral tunic and belt over the top, and fell cool and comfortable wearing the whole outfit, I need a better belt though as this one is a little on the small side.

This is the swing I fell asleep on at the weekend, and later found out the neighbour had been looking over the fence because I was snoring, I am so classy :)
