The pictures below are my various hair colours and styles in the last 10 years, always boring and simple, the only time i went a little crazy it was just the underneath of my hair and I didn't keep it long.
The next set is all the things I wish I had the guts to do, but haven't!

I say go for it!! What's to lose! xx
ReplyDeleteI just need a change and want it to be what I want for a change not a compromise!!
ReplyDeleteI love the purple colour do it its reversible! xx
ReplyDeleteThats what I am thinking, I am not working at the moment, so dont need to worry about office work or anything which has put me off in the past, some places have said no to crazy hair :) x
ReplyDeletetry the new trend which is to go lighter towards the ends of your hair. You start out with darker roots and it goes lighter down. Now I kept forgetting what it's called. But it's very trendy and not that over dramatic, just so you can still be on the safe side.
ReplyDeleteIs it dip dye, I can never remember, but yes that might be a good way to start. xxx
ReplyDeleteOMG DO IT!!
ReplyDeleteYou would rock pink hair! :)
DO IT! I totally want to go back to having pink hair, but my job won't allow it. If you can, DO IT!!!

Nope, I don't think you are ever to old. You'd be amazed at how many people i've had come up to me over the years and tell me how much they loved my hair. Around 70% of them would be over 70 and told me they wish they were able to do it when they were younger. I'm a firm believer of, if it makes you happy & it doesn't hurt you, then do it! You can always start out with dip dye or chunky streaks of colour, and work your way up to where you are comfortable.
ReplyDeleteJust do it! I was 35 (ssshhhh...that's a secret!) last year and had always thought I didn't have the personality to go too wild with my hair, not to mention I didn't want to draw attention to myself as a 'fat knacker'. (My nickname for myself) I went for it and it was liberating! Do it! Do it! :-)
ReplyDeleteAbsolutly not! You are never to old to go crazy. I'm almost purple and I work in a corporate job, so my solution was to go platnuim blonde and use a purple shampoo. Its a light violet color now, and it's not noticable under the dim lights at work!
